Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: March 21, 2026.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lomi Delivery mobile application ("App") and services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
To use Lomi Delivery, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.
Account Creation: You must create an account to place orders. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized activity or violation of these Terms.
Lomi Delivery offers delivery services for restaurants, cafes, and other vendors. We act as an intermediary between you and the vendors, and the quality of the products provided is the responsibility of the vendors.
Order Acceptance: All orders placed through the App are subject to acceptance by the vendor. We do not guarantee the availability of any items listed.
Pricing and Payment: Prices for items are listed in Ethiopian Birr (ETB). Payment can be made through various payment methods supported by the App.
Delivery Fees: Additional charges may apply for delivery services, which will be displayed at checkout.
Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within a limited time after placing it. If the order has already been prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds: Refunds are processed based on the vendor's policy. If an item is not delivered or is unsatisfactory, please contact us to resolve the issue.

All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, and software, are owned by Lomi Delivery or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
Lomi Delivery is not liable for any damages arising from:
You agree to indemnify and hold Lomi Delivery, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of the App or breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted in the App, and the "Effective Date" will be updated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
