Refund Policy

At Lomi Delivery, customer satisfaction is a top priority. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued, as well as the procedures for requesting refunds.
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Order Not Delivered: If the order was not delivered due to issues on our part (e.g., delivery personnel could not find the address, delivery was canceled by Lomi Delivery).
Incorrect or Damaged Items: If the items delivered do not match the order or are damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unsatisfactory.
Late Delivery: If the delivery was significantly delayed and you no longer want the order. Refund eligibility for late deliveries is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Change of Mind: If you change your mind after the order has been prepared or dispatched.
Incorrect Address: If the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, causing the delivery to fail.
Unavailability for Delivery: If you were not available to receive the order at the agreed time and location.
Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, contact us within 24 hours of the delivery time through the following method:
Review and Approval: We will review your request and may ask for additional details, such as photos of the delivered items. Refund approval is subject to investigation.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if only part of the order was unsatisfactory. The refund amount will correspond to the value of the items affected.
Before Preparation: If you cancel the order before the vendor has begun preparing it, a full refund may be issued.
After Preparation: If the order has already been prepared or is en route, refunds may not be possible.
Items purchased during promotions or using discount codes may be eligible for refunds based on the amount paid, not the original price.
